Our investment focus is mainly on specific industries or sectors such as technology, healthcare and clean energy.  Beyond providing capital, we often offer an active role in guiding and supporting our clients which may involve participating in strategic decision-making, offering mentorship, providing industry connections, and helping with business development.

We are developing real estate private equity funds acquiring capital from institutional and accredited investors. These funds may focus on specific types of real estate, such as residential, commercial, tourism or industrial properties. Our strategies may include acquiring distressed properties, developing new proj ects, investing in income generating properties, or pursuing tactical investments in markets with high growth potential.

Investing horizon is commonly ranging from 5 to 10 years. The fund’s life may be extended under certain circumstances.
