Nektarios Polychroniou is a Supreme Court Attorney and the Managing Attorney of NJP Polychroniou & Associates. He is a legal advisor to the Patriarchate of Alexandria, to the Athens Business Incubator of the Athens Chamber of Commerce & Industry and to a number of significant individuals and legal entities of the Greek and international business community.
He is an Adj. Professor at the Hellenic American University, U.S.A. and teaches at selected programs of the State University of New York, U.S.A. and Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, France.
He is a graduate of the University of Athens Law School and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC, USA. He is author of the study “Corporate, Tax and Labor Law” in the publication “Business and Management Practices in Greece – A Comparative Context”, published by Palgrave Macmillan of London and a number of legal studies about the World Trade Organization and the South African Development Community.
He is the Consul a.h. of the Republic of Botswana in Greece, Director of the Center for African Studies of the Hellenic American University, and has been an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic-African Chamber of Commerce & Development and special envoy to the European Business Council for Africa.
He has been honored for his contribution by the Patriarchate of Alexandria and all of Africa, as “Archon Ekdikos”, by the European Institute of Law, Science and Technology and other institutions.
Dionissis Papadionissiou is a Business Development Executive. He is a graduate of the University of Patras (Chemical Engineer) and holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management. He was Head of Marketing at “Johnson & Johnson Hellas” (super market channel), Vice President of Marketing at “Apivita” and Marketing & Strategy Manager at “Greek Yellow Pages”. He recently served as General Manager for Greece at the multinational services & offerings company “The Entertainer”, based in the United Arab Emirates.
Stylianos Andreou is an economist, a graduate of the department of economics of the School of Law, Economic and Political Sciences, of the University of Athens. He has a long experience as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for developing economic strategy and monitoring the implementation of corporate business plans. He has been a tax consultant to a great number of trading companies and is a tax planning specialist. He is a Teaching Fellow at the American College of Greece (ALBA) and a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Association of CFO.

Stratis is a Civil Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), and since 1997, he has been involved in the construction and completion of approximately 1,300 projects, mainly specialized construction projects, through his company ELERMON. He has been engaged in project studies, the comprehensive construction of large-scale technical projects such as hotels, complexes, factory renovations, etc., the construction and renovation of commercial properties, office spaces, industrial facilities, and stores. Additionally, he has experience in the repair of structures following earthquakes or natural events and in the management of projects, construction management and project management.
Angelica Katsiyianni was born in Athens in 1978 and was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2006. She is a Supreme Court Attorney. She graduated from the University of Aberdeen, School of Law, LL.B. with a specialization in International and European Law, and holds a Master of Laws LL.M. in Commercial and Company Law from the University of London – University College London (UCL), School of Law.
She specializes in: Banking and Finance Law, commercial contract negotiation and drafting, company incorporation and continuous legal support. She speaks English, French, Spanish and Greek.
